Over the past 20+ years, I have designed and managed many different websites. My work has included writing promotional copy and product descriptions, updating and rebranding existing sites, and building customizable sites in Word Press for dozens of small business owners. I’ve also been tasked with managing eCommerce sites for several different companies. One of the most important parts of my website design work is in building the experience of visiting a website around the connection between the client’s goals and what the customer needs.
Many clients have asked me to review their current websites to provide them with a comprehensive report on how they can update, optimize, and improve their traffic results and customer engagements. Others have hired me to build and rebrand their sites for their changing business needs, and a few have hired me to help them implement SEO best practices and assist with regular site maintenance.
