Each and every time I travel to Seattle with a day to explore the city, I head to the Seattle Art Museum Sculpture Garden, affectionately known as SAM. I truly enjoy the broad scope of art found here as I wander through this sculpture garden. It sits on the edge of the sound and is one of the hottest spots for sunset viewing. In fact, there are several chairs and seating options there for you to enjoy. The garden is full of hidden spots with art that tends to either blend into its surroundings or stand out like the typewriter eraser speeding towards the road.
Of course you’re free to wander and there is plenty of street parking nearby, but beware of the meter limits should you use the bay-side parking spots.
I had no idea Seattle had this Sculpture Garden! Will definitely check it out next time I’m down there again! Great photos!
